Why We’re Going Blue
During National Missing & Trafficked Foster Children Awareness Week, we’re asking everyone to do one simple thing: go blue.
Wear blue. Light your porch blue. Decorate your storefront, classroom, dorm, or desk. Put a Blue Out frame on your profile, post it, tag @see.us.now, and ask three people to do the same. Together, we can raise awareness and show vulnerable foster youth that they are seen.
How to Participate
Participate from home, school, work, church, or anywhere in your community on Thursday, September 24.
Wear a blue shirt, ribbon, socks, or face paint. Invite your team, class, church, or office to match.
Use a blue porch light, bulbs, balloons, driveway chalk, a door ribbon, window paint, or a blue-lit storefront or sign.
Add the Step Up frame to your profile photo, selfie, group photo, or story so everyone can see why you’re blue.
Lead with #BlueOut, tag @see.us.now, invite us as a collaborator, and challenge three people to go blue.
Share the Message
Make it your own and say why going blue matters to you—or copy and paste this caption.
Instagram tip: Tag @see.us.now, then add us as a collaborator on the tag screen. Once accepted, your post can appear on both feeds.

Use the square (1080 × 1080) or story (1080 × 1920) campaign frame on a selfie, group photo, blue house or storefront, story, or profile picture.
Also included in the campaign materials: a simplified square/story frame featuring #BlueOut, #SeeUsNow, and the Awareness Week line. Photos shown in the kit are examples; use your own.
